BiographyThe self-professed "America's most patriotic rock band," Madison Rising, formed in 2011, is comprised of lead vocalist Dave Bray, drummer Sam Fishman, and bassist Steve Padelski, and while the group's music falls squarely in the post-grunge pop/rock arena, the attitude presented is decidedly politically conservative. The band's name originally came from the street where its self-titled debut album (released in 2011 via CD Baby) was recorded (Madison Street in Hoboken, New Jersey at WaterMusic Recorders) but the story was later amended to namecheck James Madison, author of The Federalist Papers. A second album, American Hero, appeared in 2013, also via CD Baby. .
