Chappie (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) – Hans Zimmer, Steve Mazzaro & Andrew KawczynskiCustomer ReviewsPerfect Score for the Movie and OST Fans (5 stars)Fits the atmosphere of the film beautifully. Hans has created a fantastic and all digital score that has mood, variation, and feeling to it. From It's a Dangerous City to Illest Gangsta On The Block, they're all great, those two are particular favorites. Best futuristic OST of many (5 stars) This soundtrack is amazing. I would not really call it a Zimmer work though, as his (musical) influence in the album is not too noticeable. If anything the musical style reflects that of Blomkamp. Artistry aside, this soundtrack is the best one I have heard that conveys an essence of the future. I would call it the best futuristic soundtrack of any movie, as it just conveys that futuristic sound like no other album I have experienc Blomkamp fails, falls back on Zimmer (3 stars) Neill Blomkamp always makes sci fi insanely good movies, but not this one. This one is not good at all. Although the Soundtrack is great because Zimmer is a mastermind.
