A firm handshake is amazing (5 stars)
It is a truly beautiful album that just hits you. You will have to stop everything that you are doing and just sit and enjoy it. It takes you through a range of emotions and leaves you contemplating what it means to be a human and alive. This level of depth in an album is a rarity and everyone who is lucky enough to listen to upon listening will have a true appreciation to be truly alive.

Based out of Stillwater, Minnesota, indie folk duo A Firm Handshake formed in 2012 around lifelong friends Zach Sobiech and Sammy Brown. Sobiech began writing songs soon after being diagnosed in 2009 (at the age of 14) with osteosarcoma, a rare form of bone cancer, as a way to both come to terms with and talk about his illness with friends and family.
