Couldn't disagree more with the person who said you can't have a greatest hits Velvet album. Sure it's opinion - but what isn't? Check out "Some Kinda Love" and put in your hip hop mix - blow people away! Maybe it's the "original" but it's not the well-known, edited, version of "Sweet Jane." (3 stars) All I'm looking for is the release of "Sweet Jane" that doesn't include the "heavenly wine and roses" slow part (popularized by the Cowboy Junkies), and then apparently, re-introduced to subsequent re-issues of the album. Don't get me wrong, I think it's beautiful, but at some point that part was edited by a producer that thought it didn't flow with the rest of the song, and I guess I'd have to agree.
